Sound familiar?
You've spent a long time in survival mode.
You stay busy. You overthink. You ignore your own needs while taking care of everyone else. You push through, even when you're exhausted.
But underneath it all, anxiety, self-doubt, guilt, or painful memories keep showing up. You know your past still affects you, even if you can't always explain how. You're tired of feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, and you're ready to start truly living, not just surviving.
I understand! And I'm here to help.
The ways you've learned to cope didn't appear out of nowhere. They developed for a reason. Together, we'll make sense of why these patterns developed, uncover what's keeping you stuck, and help you find genuine relief so you can build a life that feels more peaceful, connected, and authentic.
I'll meet your story with compassion, not judgment, and help you reconnect, trust yourself again, and move toward the life you truly want. You don't have to figure it out alone!
If you've found yourself here, that probably means you're ready for some kind of change, whether that's easing anxiety, healing old wounds, or finally feeling like yourself again. I get it because I've been there too!
Like many of the women I work with, I've experienced seasons of profound change, including divorce, faith deconstruction, family estrangement, and rebuilding my life in ways I never expected. While your story will be different from mine, I know what it feels like to question everything, grieve what you've lost, and slowly create a life that feels like your own again.
I also know what it's like to feel like you have to figure it all out on your own. That's one of the reasons I care so deeply about creating a space where women feel understood, supported, and never alone in their healing.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to change, I'd be honored to help you find your way forward.
So glad you stopped by!

FAQs & Session Cost
Will our sessions be in-office or online?
I offer virtual telehealth services, so you can attend sessions in the comfort of your home.
How much do sessions cost? Do you take insurance?
Private Pay
Sessions are $150/50-minutes ($225/80-minutes).
Insurance
I am currently in-network and able to accept the following insurance per state:
Florida: Aetna, Optum & Cigna
Utah: Aetna, Optum & Cigna
Georgia: Aetna & Cigna
Idaho: None
Note: Optum includes UnitedHealthcare, Oscar, and Oxford. Unfortunately Aetna CVS (ACA Marketplace plan) is not included.
If you don’t have one of these plans:
Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits, which means they will likely reimburse you for a portion of each session. If your plan offers these OON benefits, I can usually arrange for you to pay your copay at each session instead of my full fee. As a courtesy, I can check your benefits for you and let you know if you have OON benefits and exactly what you would pay per session. I am also happy to supply a Superbill (receipt) for you to submit for reimbursement on your own.
What can I expect at my first session?
I will email you a link so you can create an online profile and complete your initial paperwork electronically. These forms need to be completed prior to our first meeting so I can gain a more in-depth understanding of your needs and goals, and be better prepared to serve you. Our first session will be spent getting to know each other and you will have the floor to share as much as you feel comfortable about yourself and current concerns. Don’t worry, if you feel awkward or don’t know where to start, I’ll have plenty of questions prepared to help our conversation.
How often do I need to attend counseling sessions?
At the start, clients typically come to therapy once a week. As their healing progresses, clients sometimes prefer to scale back to once every two weeks. The more regularly you attend sessions, the more likely you are to see results, growth, and healing. A client’s attendance and participation in the therapy process is often the most important component of successful counseling.
How many sessions will I need?
The length of your therapy journey is unique for everyone and will depend on your specific needs and goals. I adjust my approach to meet you where you are and work collaboratively with you to adjust our goals as we go along. Whether this is the first time in therapy or you’ve been on your healing journey for a while, I am honored to support you at any point in your process.
How do I make an appointment?
